Each client company’s authorizing contact is fully responsible for the content he or she provides for publication on Dogleg Productions, LLC's network of "life.com" web sites (Plateaulife.com, Issaquahlife.com, etc.). In addition, the authorizing contact is fully responsible for ensuring that Dogleg Productions, LLC may legally use all content provided without infringing on the intellectual property rights of another organization.
All clients agree that Dogleg Productions, LLC (The parent of all of our “life.com” web sites) reserves the right to use their company's image on all of Dogleg Productions LLC's network of "life.com" web sites (Plateaulife.com, Issaquahlife.com, etc.) for promotional purposes.
Important: Future advertising contract prices are subject to change without notice. You may choose to offset this likelihood by purchasing a multi-year contract.
All contract purchases are refundable within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The definition of the Eternal Promotion: For a set $100 yearly fee, the “Eternal Promotion” is intended to provide affordable and effective advertising to participating businesses for as long as Dogleg Productions, LLC is a going concern. As with any business entity, unforeseen circumstances could cause an inability for Dogleg Productions, LLC to continue operations. Clearly, such risk factors are inherent in all business climates, and should be fully considered prior to participating in any business offering. In the event that Dogleg Productions LLC experiences a change in ownership, it is the full intention of Dogleg Productions LLC to ensure that the “Eternal Promotion” remains intact as part of any buyout contract. In the unlikely scenario where the “Eternal Promotion” cannot be continued as part of a new ownership agreement, Dogleg Productions will refund previously collected client “Eternal Promotion” fees minus reasonable compensation for services already rendered.
